Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@saltydogembroidery.comIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable and non-exchangeable items

Certain types of times cannot be returned or exchanged. Anything that is purchased through a custom store, regardless if the item has personalization on it or not, is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Everything is made to order and we do not keep anything extra in stock, so please be mindful of that when ordering. Please be advised that all items are made to order. Changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Any request for changes or cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted. 

Exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, such as wrong size, logo,  or personalization that was made in error by Salty Dog Embroidery, we will replace the item at no cost to you and you can keep the original one that was sent.
